Do you do offer returns?

For the most part, no. Our consignment software does not lend itself to returns very easily and deposits sales into the consignors account at the time of check out. We want customers to take their time and inspect the items before purchasing.

Do you offer delivery? 

We service the greater Madison area which includes the towns of Sun Prairie, DeForest, Deerfield, Cambridge, Middleton, Lodi, New Glarus, Verona, Oregon, Cottage Grove, Fitchburg, Waunakee and Marshall. Anything that is approx 30 miles or more may be scheduled based on staff availability, inventory needs, and travel feasibility. We appreciate your understanding as we balance these factors. If you are looking to request a Direct Buy that is outside of this region or potentially close to, please indicate that at the beginning of your communication so that we can accurately approach the potential partnership

Do you hold items for me to purchase later?

We will hold an item for one hour. After the hour is up, the tag is put back on the item for sale.
