Our standard home‑visit fee is $40 and applies to locations within a 30‑mile radius of The Cozy Home Monona. If you are located outside this area, please email us for a custom quote.
A home‑visit fee applies to all Direct Buy services. Please note that being within 30 miles does not guarantee service. For homes outside our core region, fees are determined by location and overall feasibility. We reserve the right to decline service to any home, whether inside or outside our service area.
