Arlo did it! He finally found his dream home (dream cave), and he couldn’t be happier. It’s warm, it’s cozy, and he occasionally rooms with a hibernating bear.
The only problem is…it’s really tough to get a nail in the wall, and the room layout has been a challenge to arrange.
Arlo is happy to do the work himself, but just needs a little advice, and doesn’t want to spend an arm and a leg on it.
His cave has surprisingly great internet, and while scrolling through his social media pages, he notices “The Cozy Home – Staging & Consulting”.
“Perfect!” he declares, while sipping his mushroom tea.
Arlo calls Cozy, and decides he’d really just like to focus on his living room, so he can more easily entertain his guests.
“No problem.” Rose lets him know. “We can have a designer there by Friday.”
Gabby heads out early to be sure she can find Arlo’s cave. He shows her his living room, tells her what he likes about it, and what he doesn’t like, shows her pictures of living rooms he thinks are cool, and lets her know what kind of budget he’s working with.
“I’m on it!” Gabby says with confidence.
Gabby heads back to the office and creates a detailed summary including wall color suggestions, placement of wall art (and tips for getting the nails through the rock walls), floor plans with new furniture arrangements, recommendations for how to make the most of the space available, and suggestions for where to source the furnishings and supplies within his budget.
She also includes pictures of completed rooms that match the vibes Arlo is looking for, that look similar to the shape of his living room.
“This is amazing!” Arlo shouts at his email from Gabby. “I’m so glad I didn’t get design advice from a big corporate store that expected me to design my living room with only their products.”
He gives the sleeping bear a pat on the back, and rushes off to Habitat ReStore to get started.
